Course: Financial Risk Management and Insurance

This introductory course explores fundamental concepts in risk management and insurance. Students learn to identify and mitigate commercial and personal risks through the use of financial products, including insurance and other financial instruments.

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
  • Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
  • Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

What You Will Bring:

  • Preferred: PhD/DBA Finance or Doctorate in another business discipline with Finance emphasis.
  • Minimum: Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Finance or Masters in Financial Economics or Masters in any field AND
    • current AZ Insurance license.
