Job description

Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive plans, directs, and coordinates the sales of NITS Solutions
Business Intelligence products and services. The ideal candidate ensures that products are sold in
accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability and sales volume in relation
to pre-set marketing and sales standards. Continually evaluates the timely adjustment of marketing
strategy and sales plans to meet changing conditions.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for business development and sales of NITS Aftersales Business Intelligence
Products that are developed for automotive OEMs and commercial truck OEMs.
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and
announcements.
Providing strategic guidance and tactical solutions to current and potential NITS Solutions
clients.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and
financials.
In conjunction with the client's executive leadership team; develops leads and deploys the
sales & market strategy for products.
Full P&L responsibility for the Automotive Aftersales business and managing a team in sales
and support.
Promotes the products and services.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

7+ years of sales experience in an automotive and/or heavy trucks organization, Fixed
Ops and after-sales experience required.
Demonstrate ability to create and execute selling opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, be able to work
independently and contain self-discipline and focus.
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field. Masters in Business
Administration preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
