You will develop and refine Mastercam programs, choose tooling and workholding approaches, and work directly with machinists to improve setup, cycle time, and part quality. The work includes both milling and turning, with multi-axis experience especially valuable. You will also help strengthen programming standards, documentation, templates, and revision control as the operation grows.   • Create, refine, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Mastercam
