Job description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master - AI to lead Agile teams developing AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Scrum experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and exposure to AI/ML projects.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
Experience managing AI/ML or Generative AI projects
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile ceremonies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers
Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Remove blockers and ensure smooth Agile delivery
Track sprint progress, risks, and project metrics
Collaborate with Product Owners and AI engineering teams
