Human Resources Manager Job Summary The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
