Job description

The Master Data Analyst manages oversight of key items and vendor settings for proper item management across all business systems, including Management of the item database keeping it as clean and as up to date as possible. Other duties as assigned.


Responsibilities

  • Set up new items within the item/price data management system (Retalix HQ)
  • Set up all related item information within the system including store, vendor, and receiving authorizations.
  • Audit/identify/resolve/communicate errors related to item information, vendor information, purchase order and receiver information, and authorization information.
  • Understand how data is related to and be able to interact with other company systems; DAX inventory, WMS warehouse, Artus BI, Category Analyzer, e-marketing applications, point of sale, and scale systems.
  • Manage the item database within the Retalix HQ system keeping it as clean and as up to date as possible.

 

Experience:

•Requires two years of experience in the field or a related area.


Skills:

  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish needed.
  • Solid computer skills, which should include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation.
  • Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Adaptive learner
  • Practical, purposeful attitude.
  • Highly focused on speed and accuracy
  • Important level of critical thinking skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Retalix HQ, MS Office


COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.75 per hour. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications, including, experience and relevant skills.
