Ready for a New Challenge?
Signarama Cleveland is searching for a Lead Sign Installer
If you can build anything…
Frame anything…
Figure anything out on a jobsite…
We want to talk to you.
Signarama Cleveland is looking for a highly skilled carpenter or well-rounded construction professional who takes pride in their craft and is ready to apply their skills in a new, growing industry.
This is not an entry-level installer position.
We’re looking for someone who can walk onto a site, assess the situation, and execute with confidence.
Why This Role Is Different
Sign installation combines:
  • Carpentry
  • Structural mounting
  • Concrete work
  • Electrical connections
  • Equipment operation
  • Problem solving
  • Precision layout
  • Finish-level detail work
Every project is different. Every site presents a new challenge.
If you’re the kind of tradesman who thrives on solving problems and making things look perfect — you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters
  • Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing
  • Concrete footing and post setting
  • Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment
  • Reading blueprints and site plans
  • Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired)
  • Leading and mentoring crew members
  • Representing our company professionally on job sites
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools
  • Comfortable operating heavy equipment
  • Electrical experience preferred (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful)
  • Ability to problem-solve independently
  • Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
  • Leadership mindset
  • Clean driving record
If you’re the person other guys on the jobsite go to when something needs to get figured out — this is for you.
Who This Is NOT For
  • Someone who needs constant direction
  • Someone who cuts corners
  • Someone who is afraid of heights
  • Someone who doesn’t take pride in their work
  • Someone who is unreliable
We build high-visibility signage that represents major businesses across Northeast Ohio. There is no room for sloppy work.
Why Make the Switch?
  • Stable, year-round work
  • Diverse projects — no cookie-cutter job sites
  • Growth opportunity in a specialized trade
  • Leadership potential
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Work with a respected, established local company
You already have the skills.
Now apply them in an industry where your versatility makes you stand out.
Think you can install virtually anything?
Prove it.
