Job description

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
Location: Owensboro, KY
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6/7 am - 4/5 pm
Start date: Immediately
Responsibilities:
  • Pulling and staging orders for delivery.
  • Performing daily bulk fuel and package inventory, ensuring proper distribution to appropriate staff.
  • Conducting inventory and distributing results.
  • Drumming and filling pails with fuels and lubricants when needed.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of race fuel pumps and equipment.
  • Learn the ordering process for race components.
  • Assisting as a backup for the master blender in the blending and packaging facility.
  • Assisting in the blending process of race fuel formulas.
  • Maintaining required inspections and ensuring the race facility remains orderly and clean.
  • Loading trucks for delivery and assisting walk-in customers when necessary.

Requirements
  • Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace. A safety-first mindset is required. Candidates must be willing to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a both team environment and independently to manage tasks and processes from start to completion.
  • Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including planning, forecasting, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic math skills for daily calculations and inventory management.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling fuels and lubricants, including drumming and filling pails preferred.
  • Ability to perform inventory management tasks, including daily and monthly inventory checks.
  • Experience with maintaining equipment.
  • Willingness to learn the blending process for race fuel formulas.
  • Ability to load trucks for delivery and assist walk-in customers as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
