RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Project Lead to support the delivery of business-critical software development initiatives. This role blends Agile leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management to help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile professional who can facilitate Scrum processes, remove roadblocks, manage project priorities, and drive collaboration across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Coordinate efforts across development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
* Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
* Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and focus
* Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams to ensure successful execution
* Provide project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications
* Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and capacity management
* Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification
* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or related role
* Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
* Experience leading cross-functional software development teams
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities
* Experience managing competing priorities in dynamic environments
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
