What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Oil Blender, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Oil Blender, you need a solid understanding of chemical processes, blending techniques, and quality control, often supported by a high school diploma or technical certification in a related field. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, computerized blending systems, and safety protocols is typically required.
