Requirements:

· Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school or be in the process of obtaining one immediately upon employment

· Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam as soon as possible

· Ranked in the top 25% of law school class

· Minimum of 3 years legal experience

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong passion for Mass Torts litigation


Preferred Qualifications:

· Ranked in the top 10% of law school class

· Participation in mock trial, moot court and/or law review

· Judicial clerkship or litigation internship experience

· Prior Mass Tort experience


Job Duties:

· Conduct legal research on mass tort issues, including case law and applicable statutes

· Draft and file pleadings including, motions, complaints and other documents in an accurate and timely manner

· Assist with the management of multiple mass tort cases, including tracking deadlines, filing documents, and coordinating with clients and experts

· Develop case strategy and assist in building compelling case narratives

· Handle client communications and build good rapport with our clients

· Assist with the litigation process, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and aiding with trial preparation

· Coordinating with our expert team of paralegals, litigation assistants and attorneys
