Masonry Project Manager / Estimator

Position: Masonry Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Western New York
Company: Paint of WNY

Paint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Project Manager / Estimator to oversee masonry projects from bid through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong estimating skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.

ResponsibilitiesEstimating
  • Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
  • Perform quantity takeoffs for brick, block, stone, restoration, and related masonry work
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals
  • Participate in bid reviews and contract negotiations
Project Management
  • Manage projects from award through closeout
  • Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Conduct site visits and attend project meetings
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and vendors
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of masonry construction experience
  • Previous estimating and/or project management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of masonry construction methods, materials, and restoration techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and cost control
  • Valid driver's license
