Position: Masonry, Brick, and Stucco Superintendent

Salary: $72,500–$75,000 per year

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience

Language Requirement (Preferred): Bilingual — English and Spanish

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, hands-on construction superintendent to oversee and perform masonry work on active construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional masonry experience, strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and related masonry systems, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

The individual must be capable of managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating with the General Contractor and other trades, and lead estimators in the office maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily masonry and brick installation activities.

• Read and interpret construction plans, elevations, details, and specifications.

• Lay brick, CMU, manufactured stone veneer, cast stone, and other masonry products as required.

• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are properly staged on site.

• Direct and communicate with masonry laborers and crew members.

• Coordinate daily work with the General Contractor, superintendent, project manager, and other subcontractors.

• Review upcoming work and plan manpower, materials, equipment, and production needs.

• Maintain proper job-site organization and cleanliness.
