Martz Bus is seeking a proven leader with experience developing and operating travel or tour offerings.This role will lead the transformation of Martz Travel & Tours from a successful regional tour operation into a full-service travel business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who can expand our offerings beyond traditional bus tours into cruises, escorted vacations, group travel programs, and strategic travel partnerships while building a scalable, profitable business that becomes a meaningful growth engine for the company. Key Responsibilities Own the Martz Bus Travel & Tours business from strategy, revenue, and budgeting Own the Martz Bus Travel & Tours business, including strategy, revenue, and budgeting Develop and expand multi-day travel products and tour offerings Set pricing strategy to drive revenue and margin performance Build and manage relationships with hotels, attractions, and travel partners Expand offerings across key markets (Northeast, Washington DC, and Florida) Partner with Operations to ensure efficient execution Lead and develop the Travel & Tours team Qualifications - a Must Experience in travel, tourism, organizing transportation, and revenue management Experience owning or directly impacting the revenue performance of a business or product line Background in pricing, revenue growth, or margin management Experience with vendor relationships and contract negotiation Demonstrated ability to operate as a business leader, not just an operator About the Role This is not a sales or event planning position

It is a leadership role with direct accountability for business performance, growth, and results. This role requires prior experience in travel and tours. On-site work is preferred, but we will be flexible depending on location.
