Compensation:

$85,000 - $120,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent clients at arraignments, motions, contested hearings, and trials
  • Draft persuasive motions and constitutional arguments
  • Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies
  • Negotiate with prosecutors for dismissals and favorable resolutions
  • Maintain strong, client-first communication during high-stress situations

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  • J.D. and an active Minnesota law license in good standing
  • 0–3 years of criminal law experience (internships, clerkships, or public defender experience welcomed)
  • Strong courtroom presence and litigation mindset
  • Excellent writing and negotiation skills
  • High emotional intelligence and client advocacy focus
  • Strong, highly proficient technical skills
