Job description

Overview
In this role, you will support day-to-day equipment operations by managing maintenance records, tracking inspections and licensing, coordinating repairs and reporting, and maintaining accurate data across enterprise systems such as SAP, JDE, CMMS, and HCSS/360. You will also serve as a liaison between field and office teams while supporting invoicing, equipment rentals, and accounting reconciliation processes.
The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia's busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.
What you will be doing
  • Manage and maintain equipment data and workflows across internal equipment management platforms and systems
  • Utilize enterprise systems such as JDE, SAP, CMMS, HCSS/360, or similar maintenance tracking software to support daily operations including; tracking all equipment and vehicle licensing, inspections, maintenance and repairs to the project
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance records, service tracking, and administrative reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between field mechanics/operators and office teams to ensure accurate communication of equipment issues and maintenance needs
  • Support day-to-day equipment operations from an administrative and coordination perspective rather than direct field maintenance
  • Coordinates and codes usage reports and invoices to ensure on-time payment with equipment rentals and project costs.
  • Supports accounting team with invoice reconciliation for month-end and annual reporting.
  • Processes Bill of Sale documents, at the direction of management.
  • Initiates and monitors fuel card program for company vehicle and employee allowance program. Submits reporting to HR and payroll within prescribed timeline to ensure accurate employee fuel taxation in alignment with company policy and agency regulations.
  • Manages Toll Roads account and codes reports for approved users.
  • Submits weekly Mechanics' timesheets to payroll.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.
  • Supports published corporate policies.
  • Performs additional assignments per management direction.

What we are looking for
  • Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Diesel/Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with construction equipment planning, scheduling, basic budgeting, basic accounting practices required.
  • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards ERP Systems, DAS and Bottomline TAP preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) preferred.
