We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager- Product Management to lead a strategic initiative to drive AI-powered, innovative digital solutions for Marsh colleagues globally. This pivotal role will focus on transforming how we capture, process, and leverage documents to unlock new efficiencies and insights. The position will be based in our New York or Dublin office and follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite.
We will count on you to:
  • Take product management responsibility, including the prioritization of use cases, maintaining a roadmap, and coordinating development, release, and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Leaders, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and others to craft and deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Represent the product team on calls with senior-level Business and Tech stakeholders.
  • Develop global standards and rollout plans.
  • Write user stories for engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • Apply insights from product analytics tools, qualitative user feedback, and marketplace research to continuously inform new feature prioritization and ongoing enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and evangelize product best practices globally.
  • Play a key role in advancing the culture of the organization.

What you need to have:
  • Experience: 6+ years of product management experience
  • Communication: Detailed experience preparing and delivering engaging presentations in English to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-On Approach: Hands-on experience in partnering with engineering teams on agile product delivery and documenting requirements (e.g., user stories).
  • Problem-Solving: A creative problem solver who can address challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and make strategic adjustments to optimize product outcomes.
