As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Risk Solutions Construction group in Green Bay, WI. This position will support Account Specialists and Account Executives in a team-environment.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Green Bay, WI office.

What the day will look like

  • Work with Aon proprietary policy management system
  • Assist in marketing of new, renewal and additional business
  • Gathers and analyzes exposure and loss data for submissions
  • Handles processing of policy change requests; pending for receipt of requested endorsements)
  • Policy checking; assistance with checking in of quotes
  • Pends for audits/dividends and retro calculations from carriers
  • Invoicing
  • Reviews contracts for insurance-related requirements for incoming certificate requests
  • WC Modification Factor Calculation
  • Sets up initial pre-renewal summary and renewal proposals
  • Ensure compliance with all Aon Signature Service standards throughout Client Service Loop process
  • Assist teams as needed; (i.e. back up on certificates or other teams)
  • Responsible for ensuring superior client service is granted to each and every client according to Aon-established timelines and processes

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Required Experience:

  • Maintain or be prepared to obtain a valid Property/Casualty License - WI within 6 months of start date
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & One Note
  • Strong organizational and project management skills along with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
  • Detail Oriented
  • Maintain experience working in various types of settings including independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or prior insurance industry experience
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License (state of WI)
  • Equivalent office/customer service work experience

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 - $65,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances.
