Job description

Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Buzz, Data & Policy Communications to join our team. This is a US remote role, reporting to the VP Corporate Communications in the Marketing & Communications department. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented communicator who can turn brand moments into buzz, data into stories, and public sector engagement into visibility. You will be the storyteller behind our Aston Martin Formula One partnership-mining fun facts, fan experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments for press and social-while also building out our data storytelling and public sector communications engine. This is a dynamic role for someone equally comfortable pitching a lifestyle reporter on an F1 paddock experience and building a data visualization on seasonal cybersecurity trends.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Own PR strategy and execution for our Aston Martin Formula One partnership

  • Identify and pitch fun facts, behind-the-scenes content, and fan/customer experiences tied to race weekends and the broader partnership

  • Coordinate with the F1 team, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to surface newsworthy moments in real time

  • Build a content calendar around the F1 race season, tying company milestones to race weekends

  • Manage media and influencer experiences (paddock tours, hospitality, race-day activations)

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable building the path as you walk it, viewing dynamic environments as the raw material to build something meaningful.

  • You act like an owner with a passion for the mission that fuels your bias for action, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

  • You are a high-trust collaborator who embraces a challenge culture by giving and receiving feedback with clarity and respect to earn trust and elevate the team.

  • You operate with urgency, maintaining a relentless focus on execution and delivering high-impact results quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are driven by innovation, bringing a deep curiosity to solving complex challenges and leveraging technology to accelerate transformation.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

  • 5+ years in PR, communications, or content marketing, ideally in B2B tech

  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to find the fun in a brand partnership and the story in a dataset

  • Experience with data visualization or working alongside design teams to produce them

  • Comfort working with public sector or highly regulated audiences

  • Excellent writing and media relations skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Sports/entertainment partnership marketing experience (e.g., motorsport, esports)

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or tech industry data trends

  • Public sector or government affairs communications background
