This team assists guests with making, modifying, or canceling hotel reservations, provides information about room availability, rates, and amenities, and helps ensure a smooth booking experience. Marriott Reservations can be reached via phone, online chat, or the official Marriott website, and they serve both individual travelers and groups. Their goal is to provide excellent customer service and support to guests before, during, and after their stay.

How does a Marriott Reservations agent typically collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience?
