Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, HHM Hotels. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are currently seeking a General Manager.
 
As the leader of AC Hotel Old Montreal, you will embody the vision and ambition of the property. You will oversee the overall management of the hotel, placing revenue growth, brand positioning, and excellence in guest experience at the core of your priorities. A true entrepreneur, you will skillfully lead commercial, marketing, and operational strategies to maximize profitability and enhance the hotel's reputation. You will ensure smooth and exemplary day-to-day operations by:
 
Ensuring operational excellence across all departments
Maintaining a strong presence on the floor and conducting regular hotel inspections
Monitoring quality trends and implementing concrete improvement actions
Upholding Marriott and Urgo Hotels Canada standards
Overseeing audits, including food safety audits
Optimizing scheduling while balancing financial objectives and guest experience

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, ideally within recognized hotel brands
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a leadership role

- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- University degree in business administration or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems and tools
