Job description

Iโ€™m partnering exclusively with a high-growth startup building a next-gen talent marketplace thatโ€™s redefining how companies and candidates connect.

Theyโ€™ve scaled ARR 10x in under a year and are now hiring their second Product Manager to help build and scale the core marketplace product.


This role sits at the heart of the business, focused on the external product experience across both sides of the marketplace (0โ†’1). Youโ€™ll work directly with the Founding Product Manager and Co-founder to design and launch new user-facing experiences, shaping how supply and demand interact from the ground up.


What theyโ€™re looking for:

  • 3โ€“10 years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong marketplace product experience (B2B, B2C, or hybrid), with a deep understanding of incentives, liquidity, and network effects
  • Experience building or contributing to matching, recommendation, or ranking systems
  • Highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience running experiments (e.g. A/B testing) to optimise product outcomes
  • A first-principles thinker who can break down complex problems and build from the ground up
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a strong sense of ownership and a founder-like mindset
  • Cognitive Sci, Comp Sci degree or similar
  • Familarity with AI products
