Content/Copy Writer

Position Summary

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content/Copy Writer to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and an interest in digital marketing. You'll help create engaging content across web, email, and social, and make sure everything aligns with our brand standards. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread content across web pages, email campaigns (including sequences), social media, blogs, guides, and FAQs
  • Ensure all content follows established brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
  • Assist with website content updates, audits, and ongoing maintenance through our CMS
  • Assist with SEO basics: keyword usage, metadata, headings, and internal linking
  • Support A/B testing and use basic analytics to see how content performs
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and best practices, including AI tools that support the workflow

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of writing experience (marketing, blogging, social, copywriting, internships, or university publications)
