Description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns by owning and directing end-to-end project execution with accuracy and on-time delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support consistent, high-quality campaign delivery, including campaign execution, analytics collection and reporting, and shared corporate initiatives that contribute to business goals and revenue projections.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination skills, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in using performance insights to continuously improve campaign results.

This role will focus on supporting Unemployment Services Trust (UST), an AGIA client. Learn more about UST at ChooseUST.org.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Marketing Campaigns

· Identify, develop, and execute digital and direct response marketing campaigns for assigned clients/partners as defined in assigned marketing plans.

· Own end-to-end campaign execution using defined processes and marketing technology platforms to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.

· Coordinate campaign tasks across internal stakeholders to manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables.

· Leverage historical campaign results, product knowledge, and current marketing materials to support effective execution and testing.

· Maintain documentation, schedules, and project tracking to support consistent delivery and process adherence.

Analyze Results and Recommend Strategy

· Assist in analyzing historical marketing results to recommend creative and segmentation strategies that meet or exceed revenue projections.

· Apply basic statistical principles to determine appropriate test quantities and configurations for valid creative testing (A/B testing).

· Support analytics collection and reporting by compiling campaign results and performance insights for internal teams and external partners.

Support Partner Relationships

· Support partner relationships by providing marketing reports and responding to external communications in a timely, professional manner.

· Communicate with partners to obtain approvals on marketing campaigns and creative assets.

· Share campaign strategy information and performance results with internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Development) and, as needed, directly with external partners.

· Help ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across channels by collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Travel up to 10% for in-person meetings.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 1+ year of marketing experience applying direct response principles and methodologies.

· 1+ year of project management experience (or experience working on a project team).

· Experience executing email campaigns using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

· Familiarity with design principles and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

· Exposure to multi-channel marketing (digital, direct mail, blogs, social media, advertising).

· Experience working with internal and external stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with social media scheduling tools; copy writing and design for a variety of social media channels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).

· Comfort with ambiguity, learning new processes quickly, and improving performance through testing and iteration (A/B testing).

· Knowledge of webinar tools, including registration setup and post-event follow up logistics.

· Ability to coordinate conference materials, exhibit shipments, and event logistics

· Experience maintaining marketing inventory and ordering printed materials

· Ability to coordinate direct mail campaigns, including vendor communication, production timelines, mailing lists, and fulfillment.
