Role Overview

The Marketing Strategy and Operations Management Consultant serves as a senior operational partner on high visibility initiatives for our enterprise tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating leadership priorities into structured operating plans while owning complex, multi workstream initiatives from planning through delivery. You will design and evolve scalable operating models, build the dashboards and frameworks that support smart decision making, and champion the responsible adoption of AI across strategy and operations. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and wants to help enterprise tech clients scale their marketing operations with rigor and innovation.

Strategy to ExecutionΒ 

  • Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metricsΒ 
  • Own complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution, navigating through ambiguous scenariosΒ 
  • Develop scopes, timelines, resourcing models, and delivery plans for new and expanded workΒ 
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and delivery across marketing initiativesΒ 

Operating Models & PerformanceΒ 

  • Design, implement, and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks

Qualifications
  • 4 - 8 years of marketing operations, program management, or strategy roles in a consulting, agency, or technology environment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholdersΒ 
  • Experience supporting client delivery and business development through scoping, planning, or proposal developmentΒ

  • Base Salary:

    • Senior Consultant: $124,400 - $129,500

    • Associate Manager: $135,700-$141,800

    • Actual compensation within this range will beΒ determinedΒ based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factorsΒ permittedΒ by applicable law.Β
