We are seeking an Marketing Strategy Consultant to drive our clients digital brand transformations and shape the next revolution in hyper-intelligent marketing and customer experiences.
The objectives for this role are to:
- Advise our clients in the areas of marketing strategy, experience strategy, creative strategy and digital brand transformation.
- Explore, experiment and codify new marketing and customer experience methodologies amidst the rise of GenAI to elevate our ways of working and the value we bring to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Shape marketing and customer experience strategies to help brands accelerate growth, leveraging tools like research, segmentation, briefs, personas, journeys, roadmaps and business cases to align the organization around a North Star vision and path forward
- Generate insights across consumer, culture, customer, category and competition to shape strategic narratives that inform clients decision making and storytelling
- Conduct brand, marketing and experience audits and evaluate marketing and experience performance to identify gaps, pains and opportunities, benchmarking against expectation and leading practices
- Facilitate workshops to generate big ideas and bold visions, applying design thinking and people change techniques to bring cross-functional stakeholders together in an engaging, productive way
- Advise brands on the use of digital and emerging technologies, including GenAI and agentic, to deepen customer engagement and empower people
- Collaborate cross-functionally with TCS and client creative, design, data, content and tech teams to build integrated strategies and plans, then drive vision through execution
- Support strategic pursuits and guide TCS teams in pursuing consulting opportunities in the Interactive Strategy offering areas of marketing, experience, growth and digital brand transformation
- Develop and advance practice offerings within the growth and experience strategy consulting domain to create competitive advantage and meet emerging market demand
Qualifications:
This role requires a passion for brand and creativity, a strategic mindset and an appreciation for the operational dynamics between various actors and components within a brand ecosystem. The right talent will bring a balance of business, analytical, creative, organizational and interpersonal skills to define and coordinate a complex set of activities and people towards tangible outcomes.

- Ambitious self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Strong detail orientation and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables with precision
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills to effectively engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders across levels and functions
- Technically savvy, analytical thinker with deep intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrable commitment to learning and experimentation with emerging technologies like GenAI and agentic. Experience leveraging GenAI and agentic in consulting and brand work is strongly desired.
Relevant Experience
- 7 years experience in consultancy or agency delivering services within digital business or brand strategy, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, experience transformation, strategic development or similar functional domains
- Bachelors degree or higher in business, management or relevant domain; master's degree desirable
- Experience working in multiple industries including consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, finance or technology
- In-house client/industry experience a plus
- Strong competence in presentation, analysis and collaboration software and familiarity with foundational tools for market research, benchmarking, concepting and analysis (e.g. PPT, Excel, Figma/Figjam, Qualtrics, Nielsen, GWI, Euromonitor, MRI Simmons, etc.)

Salary Range: $113,100-$153,000 a year
