Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Project Manager/Growth Marketing Manager based in Norway.

This role combines strategic marketing project management with hands-on growth experimentation across digital products.
You’ll analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and acquisition funnels to uncover high‑impact growth opportunities.
You’ll turn insights into clear hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution.
Working closely with brand, performance, and product teams, you’ll help optimize conversion, ROAS, and customer journeys.
You’ll also leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate research, reporting, creative workflows, and operational efficiency.
The role offers significant ownership in a fast‑paced, international environment where data, experimentation, and continuous improvement drive decisions.
It is well suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys connecting strategy, analytics, execution, and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and digital acquisition trends to identify opportunities for new funnels, creative concepts, and growth initiatives.
  • Translate research and performance insights into actionable hypotheses, prioritizing experiments based on potential impact and clearly defined success metrics.
  • Lead cross‑functional marketing projects designed to validate new funnels and optimize existing ones for conversion, ROAS, acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with brand, performance marketing, and product teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Design, coordinate, and monitor A/B tests and other growth experiments, documenting results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline market research, reporting, analysis, creative production, and recurring marketing workflows.
  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance‑tracking processes to monitor funnel performance and experiment outcomes.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and drive projects through to completion within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare recurring reports, growth playbooks, market analyses, experiment summaries, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, priorities, milestones, and communication across stakeholders using appropriate project management tools.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects within digital products or similarly fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels, including Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, and brand campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, coordinating, or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and practical experience with marketing research and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library, or comparable platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management systems such as Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI and automation into marketing workflows, with experience using tools such as ChatGPT, AI agents, n8n, Replicate, Fal.ai, custom GPTs, or comparable technologies.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights and decisions.
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive ownership mindset, strong follow‑through, and comfort working independently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full‑time opportunity with the flexibility to work from locations supported by the organization.
  • Compensation range or initial pay level shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before employment begins.
  • 28 calendar days of vacation per year.
  • 7 wellness days annually for personal, household, or recovery needs.
  • Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and relevant industry events.
  • Corporate discounts for English‑language lessons.
  • Health support, including reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross per year for eligible employees who are not covered by corporate medical insurance, applicable toward health insurance or eligible medical expenses for the employee and close relatives.
  • Workplace support, including equipment and coworking resources where available, or reimbursement of qualifying home‑office and coworking expenses of up to $1,000 gross once every three years.
  • Internal recognition and rewards program allowing employees to exchange earned rewards for merchandise, team‑building activities, massage certificates, and other benefits.
