Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work with our clients to deliver exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to the Director, Project Management.
This is a contract role (30-40 hours a week), and is open to fully remote candidates in the United States. Candidates must be able to work Eastern time zone hours.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing

Financial Oversight:
  • Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry in scope, on time and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

$85 - $100 an hour
Salary is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, and internal equity.
