This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale design-build projects from detailed planning through commissioning, working alongside experienced professionals on technically challenging, high-value work. If you're a proactive leader who enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and seeing projects through from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Take ownership of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Build and lead collaborative project teams, coordinating engineers, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Solve complex project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure successful execution.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project support staff, helping develop the next generation of leaders.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and project partners through clear communication and exceptional project delivery.

Sr. Project Manager Background

  • Proven success leading complex design-build or EPC-style projects.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $5M or more.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on large construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
  • A confident communicator and natural leader who enjoys taking ownership and driving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

Company Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K plan with matching
  • Paid time-off, and holidays

Compensation: $140K - $160K (DOE)
