Marketing ManagerNidec Minster Corporation has an opening for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a communications strategy to support sales, brand awareness, and benefits of Nidec Press & Automation to the global marketplace. This individual will also be tasked with exploring and implementing a mix of advertising solutions that will include new and emerging technologies and educating the organization on how to utilize them to efficiently reach existing and new customers. The Marketing Manager will manage Nidec Press & Automation overall image for North America, define brands and positioning, and create logos and appearance packages that ensure a customer experience consistent with regional awareness across product lines and across various cultures and languages around the world.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a 3 Year strategic plan for promoting Nidec Press and Automation (NP&A) products and organizations using all appropriate advertising and promotion solutions.Develop the plans and initiate actions to implement the strategic plan to include budgeting, technologies, and other resources as required.Engage with product line managers to determine priorities, timelines, target markets, and campaigns to achieve promotional goals.Manage NP&A presence at various trade shows throughout the year.Manage external vendors used for various aspects of promotional activity.Manage, enhance, and create promotional activities, email promotions, internet promotions, trade show promotions, bulletins, banners, signage, trade magazines, tech. publications, etc.Serve as the in‑house multimedia and digital marketing lead, owning the development, management, and optimization of websites and related platformsManage language translations for all markets served.Own the email marketing program, including platform management, content creation, optimization, analytics, contact management, and data governanceManage and optimize digital advertising efforts across social, SEO, PPC, and AI‑generated content channelsIdentify and champion opportunities to integrate AI, analytics, and automation to improve content effectiveness, audience engagement, and business outcomes.
