TREDS Rubber Footwear, a family owned manufacturer,located in Cincinnati, Ohio makes quality rubber overboots which are currently marketed through contractor supply, farm, and hardware stores throughout the United States. We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our inside sales team. Our inside sales team contacts prospective customers(hardware stores, niche markets, end users), primarily through phone, email and mailings to promote TREDS and increase sales growth.

Qualified individuals should have flexible at home schedules, with at least 5 hours per week available for calling. We provide: -Attractive high commission for initial sale, and residual commission available -Pre-qualified leads provided -Telemarketing Internet Phone provided -Flexible Work Schedule -Initial and continuous training through email/skype/phone conversations Job Requirements: -1 or more years of experience in sales -Strong verbal skills -Self Motivation -Positive Attitude -Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone -Computer and High-Speed Internet Connection -Must be able to close accounts. *NO Start-up Fees, out of pocket costs.
