Position Summary:

The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.  

Education and Qualifications:

  • Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets

  • Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources

  • Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs

  • Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups

  • Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.

  • Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families

  • Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers. External customers would include referral sources, patients, and their families. Internal customers would include supervisors, clinical & non-clinical staff members, pharmacies, and suppliers

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Nursing license preferred but not required

Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available 

  • Shifts Needed: 8:00a - 4:30p
