Job description

TRG Management is seeking a dynamic, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and execution of resident programming and events across our growing portfolio of apartment communities. This role is the operational and creative engine behind all portfolio-wide activations — responsible for building scalable programs, securing brand partnerships, engaging residents, and ensuring every TRG community delivers a lifestyle experience that goes well beyond four walls.

The ideal candidate is part community builder, part brand ambassador, and part project manager. They thrive in fast-paced, multi-site environments, think visually and strategically, and understand that a great event is more than logistics — it is an experience that creates connection, drives retention, and tells a story worth sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resident programming and events across the TRG portfolio, managing a dynamic calendar of activations from inception through execution
  • Develop and maintain monthly programming calendars for each property, ensuring consistent cadence, creative variety, and alignment with TRG brand standards
  • Identify programming opportunities at both the individual property and portfolio-wide level — building scalable concepts that can be rolled out across multiple communities
  • Track program performance using defined KPIs including event attendance, resident satisfaction scores, renewal impact, and social media engagement — and report findings on a regular cadence
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve programming based on resident feedback, market trends, and business priorities
  • Manage all logistical elements of events: venue setup, vendor coordination, catering, A/V, staffing, guest registration, and post-event breakdown
  • Develop run-of-show documents, event briefs, vendor contracts, and detailed timelines for every activation
  • Coordinate with on-site property teams ahead of each event to confirm logistics, resident communications, and day-of responsibilities
  • Ensure all events reflect the TRG brand voice, aesthetic standards, and resident experience objectives
  • Maintain an event archive — documenting recaps, attendance data, photos, and lessons learned to inform future planning
  • Identify, pitch, and secure local and regional brand partnerships across wellness, food & beverage, fitness, lifestyle, health, and community service sectors to enhance resident programming
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that deliver value through in-kind support, co-branding opportunities, exclusive resident discounts, and cross-promotional exposure
  • Attend events— capturing photo and video assets that authentically document the TRG community experience and can be leveraged across digital channels
  • Partner closely with property managers, leasing consultants, and on-site staff to ensure events are properly resourced, communicated, and supported at the local level
  • Develop and distribute event toolkits, promotional templates, and clear execution runbooks so programming can be delivered consistently across properties
  • Source cost-effective vendors and creative programming solutions to maximize resident impact within allocated budgets
  • Submit timely purchase orders, expense reports, and budget reconciliations in accordance with TRG financial policies
  • Maintain organized records of all vendor contracts, event documentation, partnership agreements, and program assets

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, community management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously across different locations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to logistics, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events require
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between TRG properties as needed

Benefits as a TRG Employee:

  • Base Salary and Performance bonus
  • Medical, dental, vision, legal services, flexible spending account.
  •  Employer Match Commuter Benefits.
  • The benefits package includes 100 percent employer-paid life and disability insurance.
  • Employer Matching 401k.
  • Upward Mobility
  • Employee Engagement and Wellness programs.
  • Company-paid Vacation, Sick, Personal, and Holiday Time.
  • Opportunities for Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement.
