A leading digital streaming network seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and performance of personalized onsite lifecycle marketing campaigns across web, mobile web, and connected TV experiences.
Lifecycle Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build, configure, QA, launch, monitor, and optimize personalized onsite lifecycle campaigns using Redfast/Recurly Engage, leveraging behavioral, geographic, subscription, device, and audience targeting across multiple global markets.
  • Manage audience segmentation, journey orchestration, trigger configuration, frequency capping, campaign prioritization, and automation while ensuring high-quality execution across web, mobile web, and connected TV platforms.
  • Partner with CRM Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to translate business objectives into scalable onsite personalization experiences and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign health, troubleshoot production issues, analyze campaign performance, execute testing strategies, and recommend optimizations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, subscription growth, and monetization.
  • Support technical implementation of marketing initiatives, maintain campaign documentation, coordinate localization and promotional content, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Lifecycle Marketing Manager Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Redfast/Recurly Engage.
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models, including premium tiers, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, price increases, churn, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience interpreting campaign performance to drive optimization.
  • Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Iterable, or similar lifecycle marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Customer Data Platforms (Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform), experimentation frameworks, APIs, webhooks, localization workflows, and event-driven marketing architectures is preferred.
  • Experience in streaming, subscription, digital media, eCommerce, or D2C environments is preferred.
