Job Description: Support partner marketing and go-to-market initiatives for a leading financial services organization, serving as a strategic and executional resource behind the scenes to help translate marketing objectives into campaigns, communications, sales enablement, and partner activations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support partner marketing campaigns, activations, and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Assist with campaign development from initial strategy through execution and measurement
  • Develop and coordinate internal sales enablement communications and external partner-facing materials
  • Help align partner marketing initiatives with broader sales priorities and go-to-market plans
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, feedback, approvals, markups, and deliverables
  • Review and provide comments and markups on marketing materials using Adobe Acrobat
  • Manage marketing materials and content within CMS and sales enablement platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and partner teams
  • Support internal activation efforts to ensure Sales teams understand and effectively utilize marketing initiatives
  • Help track campaign performance and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
  • Support upper-funnel and brand awareness initiatives as they relate to partner marketing objectives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Translate broader strategic objectives into actionable day-to-day deliverables
  • Proactively identify next steps and keep initiatives moving with limited oversight

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience in partner marketing, integrated marketing, go-to-market marketing, marketing communications, or a closely related area
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Experience developing or coordinating internal and external marketing communications
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Strong understanding of how marketing initiatives support sales and broader go-to-market objectives
  • Hands-on Adobe Acrobat experience, including reviewing and commenting on PDFs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working within a CMS or content management platform
