Job description

Full-time position available with Haworth's largest, global contract furniture dealer. Established in 1981, we are a 2nd generation, family-owned company. Our clients range from local businesses to some of the largest companies on the globe with projects ranging from a single office to a fully furnished new building.

The Lead Marketing Specialist serves as the senior marketing professional within the Strategic Response Team, responsible for leading the execution of FMG's marketing initiatives, proposal branding, social media presence, and sales enablement materials. Working under the direction of the Director of the Strategic Response Team, this position transforms strategic objectives into compelling campaigns, high-impact content, and visually engaging marketing materials that strengthen FMG's brand and support business development across all divisions.
This is a senior individual contributor role that owns marketing execution while supporting the Director's strategic vision.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting business development, recruiting, client engagement, and corporate initiatives.
  • Own day-to-day management of FMG's social media channels, including content planning, editorial calendars, publishing, employee engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Develop compelling marketing content including case studies, lookbooks, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, recruiting materials, and sales collateral.
  • Lead branding and visual strategy for complex RFP responses and strategic client presentations.
  • Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect FMG brand standards and messaging.
  • Manage FMG's marketing asset libraries including photography, renderings, videos, graphics, templates, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, leadership, and manufacturer partners to produce high-quality customer-facing materials.
  • Research clients, competitors, industries, and workplace trends to strengthen proposals and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and social media metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Identify new creative opportunities, technologies, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Mentor interns and junior marketing staff on branding, creative standards, and proposal production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Strategic Response Team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional marketing, communications, or proposal development experience.
  • 3+ years managing corporate social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, storytelling, and presentation design skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in B2B marketing required; commercial interiors or contract furniture experience preferred.
