The facilities are committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Director to join the team and drive census growth across our nursing homes in the Central New York area.
Job Description: Seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Marketing Director to oversee the marketing and census development efforts for our nursing homes in the Central New York area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, with established relationships with hospitals and a proven track record of successfully growing census.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase census and occupancy rates across multiple nursing homes. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and admissions. - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. - Collaborate with facility administrators and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs. - Provide leadership and support to local marketing teams to achieve targeted census goals.


Qualifications:
