No previous marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.
Responsibilities

  • Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance.
  • Assist with campaign planning, execution, and day-to-day coordination.

  • Participate in paid training, daily coaching, and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and office goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Professional, dependable, and organized.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face throughout the workday.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Entry-level applicants and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
  • Paid training from experienced professionals.
  • One-on-one coaching and ongoing mentorship.
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities.
  • Full-time W-2 employment.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Long-term career growth and leadership development.
About the Role
This is a fully on-site position located in Midtown Manhattan.
Our company specializes in face-to-face B2B sales and marketing, partnering with businesses to strengthen customer relationships, increase brand awareness, and support client growth. As an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting in-person marketing initiatives while developing the communication and business skills needed for long-term career success.
This position is focused on in-person marketing and client interaction. It is not a digital marketing, advertising, social media, public relations, or remote position.
