Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and collaborate with various departments to create and activate audience segments.  This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and scalable audiences, driving personalized and lifecycle marketing initiatives.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, CRM operations, and a passion for data-driven marketing.

  • 7-9 years of experience in data analytics, with 3-5 years in CRM operations, audience management, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, especially querying large datasets (Snowflake preferred).
  • Experience with CRM or CDP platforms like Braze and Treasure Data is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate data tables and customer datasets to define and validate audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, managing complex audience structures and naming conventions.
  • Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and translate them into technical audience logic.
  • Experience in supporting lifecycle marketing, personalization, or targeted communications.
  • Prior cross-functional collaboration with strategy, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with a passion for consistency and structure.
  • Curious and analytical mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary Range: $110,500 to $120,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • Build and maintain marketing audience segments based on CRM Strategy and Media requirements.
  • Translate marketing use cases into clear audience definitions, ensuring consistent naming and taxonomy.
  • Partner with CRM, Media, and Data Analytics teams to validate audience logic and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with Data Analytics to understand data sources and limitations, using SQL and other tools for data exploration.
  • Investigate new audience opportunities by analyzing customer behavior and engagement.
  • Activate and manage audiences within CRM platforms, ensuring QA and testing before campaign launches.
  • Identify improvements for audience structure, reusability, and scalability across CRM programs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of audience logic and requirements, supporting ongoing governance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting audience-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders for efficient resolution.
