These programs typically include rotations through various marketing functions, such as digital marketing, product management, and market research, giving participants broad exposure to the field. MDPs often combine on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal coursework to build essential marketing and business skills. Graduates of these programs are well-equipped for advanced marketing roles within the organization.

What types of projects or rotations can I expect during a marketing development program, and how do they support career growth?

In a Marketing Development Program, participants typically rotate through multiple departments such as brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, and market research. These rotations expose participants to different aspects of marketing, allowing them to develop a broad skill set and discover their strengths. Participants often collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining valuable experience in teamwork and communication.
