Job description

In your capacity as Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Global Marketing team Les Roches in creating and/or updating tools that aim at promoting the brand globally.

The Marketing Coordinator will also take care of the nurturing our key audiences (employers, education counsellors, central marketing team) with content about Les Roches.
 
Brand communications: offline, digital and creative services
  • Execute against the annual marketing and enrolment plans for Les Roches to help deliver against growth targets while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
  • Ensure that Les Roches visual identity is applied consistently across all global channels of communications (website, brochures, emailing, etc...)
  • Work closely with the Sommet Education creative services team to develop and execute marketing activities consistent with the premium brand values and positioning of Les Roches.
  • Engage and partner with external creative agencies (graphic designers, etc.) to produce online and offline marketing materials

Global marketing tools update

  • Take care of Lesroches.edu website editing in EN, ES and PT languages
  • Lead the changes to implement to the brand brochures (printed/online)
  • Assist the BtB project manager in launching an online version of the printed brochures
  • Manage the BtB marketing material of the brand (fairs, branded gifts etc...)
  • Coordinate projects involving the creation of brand identity elements (graduation ceremony pouches, graduation ceremony visual identity etc...)

 Email nurturing

        Support the email nurturing team with content leveraging the strengths of Les Roches towards prospects at early stage, mid stage and late stage of conversion.

Communication to prescribers

  • Lead the creation of regular newsletters towards employers and educational counsellors.

Spark

  • Support in any marketing collaterals/presentations needed to promote Spark and managing the communication of any event or competition organized by Spark globally.
