About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing & Business Development team, reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing & Growth Automation. This hands-onrolewillsupportthe day-to-day execution and reliability of our marketing automation engine-from translating campaign briefs into emails, forms, landing pages, calls-to-action, workflows, and audience segments to maintaining clean data and actionable reporting. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, improving messy processes, and growing into broader marketing operations ownership.



What You'll Do


Campaign & Workflow Automation

  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, nurture programs, segmentation, and tracking.
  • Maintain campaign organization, naming conventions, templates, and subscription types.
  • Support customer marketing programs, including newsletters, onboarding, renewals, win-back, surveys, adoption, and events.
  • Monitor email deliverability and compliance, escalating technical issues as needed.


AI-Assisted Campaign Creation

  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate drafting, personalization, testing, and campaign production.
  • Apply human review for accuracy, brand alignment, data use, and quality.
  • Identify responsible opportunities to automate campaign work with appropriate controls.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Build HubSpot dashboards for campaign, funnel, pipeline, attribution, and ROI performance.
  • Deliver regular reporting, identify trends and anomalies, and maintain UTM/tracking standards.


Systems & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain HubSpot data quality, properties, segmentation, account hierarchies, and database organization.
  • Monitor integrations across HubSpot, CRM, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Chili Piper, and AI tools; troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Document processes, standardize fields, and manage HubSpot access and permissions.


Growth Experimentation

  • Build, QA, and document A/B tests across emails, landing pages, and forms.
  • Track learnings and support conversion rate optimization across the funnel.


HubSpot Requirements

  • Specialist-level HubSpot Marketing Hub proficiency, including workflows, segmentation, data management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Software Certification preferred at hire and required within 90 days. Additional HubSpot certifications are a plus.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using HubSpot, preferably HubSpot Marketing Hub in a B2B SaaS, technology, or similarly complex B2B environment
  • Demonstrated experience independently building, managing, testing, and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows and marketing automation
  • Strong experience with HubSpot email marketing, campaigns, contact management, lists, segmentation, forms, landing pages, calls-to-action, and reporting
  • Experience executing automated email, nurture, lifecycle, customer marketing, product adoption, or event campaigns
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing database concepts, including contact properties, lifecycle stages, segmentation, data hygiene, lead management, and campaign attribution
  • Experience reviewing campaign performance and using data to identify optimization opportunities and explain findings clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to perform campaign quality assurance before launch
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customer marketing, customer engagement, product adoption, or lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience using AI tools to support campaign development, personalization, analysis, and execution with appropriate human review
  • Experience with CRM integrations, marketing data management, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Zapier, or similar marketing technology
  • Familiarity with lead management and Marketing-to-Sales or Business Development handoffs
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams and supporting global or multi-region marketing programs
  • Exposureto multi-touch attribution frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
