Summary


The Marketing Associate at FIT Technologies plays a key role in executing and supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement across Northeast Ohio, while also supporting internal FIT design and media needs. This person collaborates closely with the Marketing Team Lead and Business Development team to ensure a cohesive, aligned marketing strategy that supports company goals. The Marketing Associate helps develop a wide range of content and campaign assets from podcasts and email newsletters to social media posts, videos, and case studies, ensuring all materials reflect FIT’s brand voice and value proposition. With a strong focus on both creativity and organization, this role helps bring campaigns to life while supporting the coordination and administrative efforts that keep the marketing function running efficiently. This position also supports client-facing initiatives, including gathering success stories and assisting with promotional events, while partnering with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creating marketing materials including blogs, videos, images, podcasts, and email newsletters. 
  • Planning and creating social media content and tracking metrics.
  • Coordinating with design and content teams.

Working Conditions + Physical Requirements

This position primarily operates in a professional office environment. Regular, in-person attendance at FIT Technologies Headquarters during standard business hours is required to perform the essential function of this role. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and participating in in-person meetings. Specific scheduling expectations will be determined by leadership based on business needs. Occasional evening and weekend work to support meetings, events, or deadlines, occasional work weeks of more than 40 hours.
