Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time digital marketing associate with customer service experience to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a dexterous mind who likes to come up with new marketing ideas, create assets for multiple platforms and media, and analyze their results. The ideal candidate is someone who can take an idea and run with it, a great team player and an independent worker. We're looking for someone with a great eye for design, a love of fashion and media (and its consumers), and who is eager to display our lifestyle brand in the best light. Staying on top of industry trends (in the fashion and marketing sectors), trying out and learning new things, and not being afraid of failure are key. This position is open immediately.
Qualifications
• Experience with eblast setup and digital direct mail on MailChimp or similar email marketing platform
• Experience working in Facebook Ads and Google Adwords
• Strong time-management skills for planned projects and agile, flexible, resourceful and collaborative with the ability to turn around projects on short time lines where needed
• Experience working in customer service
• A strong writing background, ideally blogging for fashion or entertainment
• Strong quantitative/analytic skills and experience using Excel
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Working on email campaigns from start to finish -- from creative to landing pages and reporting, executing on MailChimp.
• Working independently and as part of the team on all of our marketing campaigns
• Researching and strategizing ways to expand our reach -- and then implement it!
• Working with numbers for top level-reporting purposes
• Managing our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Polyvore, etc.)
• Answering customer service emails and phone calls
• Managing databases pertinent to marketing campaigns (customer records, sales data, etc)
