About Our Practice
At CarolinasDentist, we provide exceptional patient care to our patients while creating a funergetic atmosphere for our staff. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, good people skills, and great communication. You must have a dedicated work ethic, be punctual, able to multitask, and have dental experience. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and is open and adaptable to change.
Responsibilities:
  • Support overall marketing communications plans
  • Maintain brand compliance and consistency throughout company
  • Assist with content development for marketing materials, presentations and social media
  • Assist with organization and development of creative resources library
  • Support event related marketing (community outreach, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Provide market research assistance (analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior)
  • Act as a liaison for press release needs with our PR agency
  • Social media management
  • Implement and manage corporate social media strategy
  • Create a weekly/monthly content calendar for main corporate social accounts and execute all aspects of such content for publication
  • Assist with practice level social media account management
  • Using Google Analytics and channel-specific analytics (I.E. Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and other measurement tools to provide reports on follower growth, engagement, etc., and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field and\or 2 years relevant experience in a Marketing role
  • Self-starter with ability to accept direction, yet work independently
  • Working experience with social media platforms
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality results on deadline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic photography and graphic design skills
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with agencies, vendors, internal partners and others to gather requirements and document processes while providing updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) of activities
