Position Summary
The Email Marketing Associate is part of a global team providing global coverage, with a primary focus on North America. The role supports day-to-day execution of email campaigns, partnering with the Relationship Marketing Lead, Channel and Product Marketing, and technology stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and accurate communications at scale. This is a hands-on role across campaign setup, QA, approvals, and deployment, while also providing strategic guidance, subject matter expertise to stakeholders and support across the broader digital user journey.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Manage functional applications of the Stensul email tool including program management.
Configure campaign targeting inputs and ensure accurate execution.
Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from intake to deployment.
Validate targeting logic using SQL-based audience selection frameworks.
Execute QA testing, including seed lists and stakeholder previews.
Reduce campaign errors through disciplined validation processes.
Coordinate approvals, including audience validation and test sends.
Manage change requests and escalation handling.
Execute campaigns within defined SLAs and turnaround times.
Ensure all required intake details are captured and documented.
Maintain documentation and templates for repeatable campaign workflows.
Contribute to improvements in targeting, QA, and operational processes.
Partner with Distribution, Channel Marketing, and data teams on overall strategic program management.
Support ongoing program improvements and enablement efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in relationship/email marketing, preferably in the financial services space.
Hands-on experience with CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
Stensul familiarity is a plus.
HTML and SQL Knowledge preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns under deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Balance of tactical facilitation and strategic relationship marketing program guidance.
