Job description

Come and join our home office team that provides exceptional support to our practices.
Marketing Manager, Onboarding & Brand Integration
Please include a cover letter and resume to be considered for this position.
Founded in 2019, Corus Orthodontists is one of the fastest-growing orthodontic partnership networks in North America. Our network is owned and operated by doctor partners who share a deeply collaborative spirit, an unwavering ambition to provide the world's best patient care, and an innate growth mindset. We created Corus to be the place where doctors and their teams truly share in each other's success and improve the quality of patient care by coming together as true partners. We believe that those who go together, go further.
The Opportunity:
Corus is seeking to add a Marketing Manager, Onboarding & Brand Integration, to its exceptional and growing Marketing team. At Corus, you will be part of a dynamic organization and have the opportunity to make significant contributions in support of our exciting future, collaborating with our practices across the network to execute on growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution - shaping how patients find our practices and how our brands are perceived across channels and platforms, with accountability for improving conversion and driving measurable growth through our digital channels.
What You Will Love About Corus:
  • Being part of a collaborative and engaging team that prioritizes employee development.
  • Learning from an experienced team of professionals.
  • A competitive total rewards package with an employee benefits program that includes comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, and an employee & family assistance program.
  • This is a permanent, full-time role with a flexible work structure where team members can choose to work remotely or from the office, depending on location and personal work preferences.

What You Will Love Doing:
Practice Rebrand & Project Management
  • Own the end-to-end rebrand process for practices undergoing doctor transitions, coordinating across internal cross-functional teams (legal, integrations, operations, people & culture) and practice contacts.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans in Asana, tracking milestones, ownership, and progress to keep complex, multi-month workstreams on schedule.
  • Proactively communicate status updates, track budgets, flag risks, and resolve roadblocks to ensure rebrands are completed on time and with minimal disruption to patient-facing operations.
  • Ensuring brand standards are applied consistently at every stage of the transition, from visual identity to digital presence updates.

Practice Onboarding & Marketing Integration
  • Serve as the dedicated marketing point of contact for all new practices joining the Corus network, guiding them from signed agreement through active marketing participation.
  • Lead marketing orientation sessions for incoming practices, doctors, and practice managers, presenting the team's service model, available marketing support, and performance expectations in a clear, accessible format.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, toolkits, and reference materials that help practices quickly understand and activate available resources.
  • Set appropriate expectations around timelines, deliverables, and shared accountabilities from the outset of each engagement.

Doctor & Associate Doctor Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing support for incoming and departing doctors and associate doctors, including social media assets, bio content, and patient-facing communications.
  • Manage the end-to-end production and delivery of onboarding and offboarding materials across multiple stakeholders and channels, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Maintain organized records of doctor-level assets and communicate completion status to relevant internal teams.

Enterprise Portal & Brand Asset Management
  • Own and administer the marketing team's enterprise portals, including Canva and Coco (Intranet)
  • Canva (Enterprise): Build and maintain practice-level brand guides and templated marketing assets; create new templates aligned to current brand standards; audit, clean, and organize the file library on an ongoing basis; and identify and optimize legacy templates to ensure all active assets reflect current guidelines.
  • Coco (Intranet): Manage marketing content within the company intranet, including marketing toolkits, resource libraries, and practice-facing documentation; keep content current, organized, and easy to navigate for non-marketing users across the network.
  • Ensure that all portal content is accurate, on-brand, and accessible to the right audience and that new practices joining the network are oriented to these tools during onboarding.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Act as a connective layer between Home Office Marketing, cross-functional departments, and practice-level contacts.
  • Partner with agency point of contacts and operations teams to coordinate multi-stakeholder deliverables and maintain project momentum.
  • Identify recurring friction points in onboarding and transition workflows and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across the network.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Asana project templates and workflows to support a growing portfolio of active projects.

All About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, onboarding, rebranding, or a related field.
  • Multi-location, multi-brand, agency, DSO/OSO environment, or other consolidation group experience required.
  • Familiarity with brand management, visual identity, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.
  • Background in onboarding program development or client/partner success functions.
  • Exposure to practice management workflows, healthcare communications compliance, or patient-facing marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external practice contacts.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across creative, digital, and operations teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and translate it for non-marketing audiences.
