Reports to: Senior Director of Strategic Development

FLSA Status: Exempt

Bhate (www.bhate.com) is seeking to fill a position for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting business development initiatives, planning and executing events and conferences, and providing executive-level support to ensure seamless operations across marketing and client engagement activities. The right candidate works closely with a tight-knit and diverse team, bringing energy to our communications with a commitment to deadlines and continuity of our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, content creation and social media management. Track and report on marketing metrics and outcomes.
  • Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the company website.
  • Coordinate updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Ensure website content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing and business development goals.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Provide administrative assistance to marketing leadership and executives.

Business Development

  • Support BD leadership with targeted research and updates as directed.
  • Support proposal formatting, infographic design, graphic standardization.
  • Update and maintain CRM entries provided by BD team

Event & Conference Planning

  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Manage event calendars, invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Travel to conferences, meetings and industry events at least 2–4 times per year or more depending on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, business development, or website management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and website management tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
  • Experience with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva preferred.
