Who We’re Looking For:
The Product Marketing Manager will support the strategic and tactical execution of the overactive bladder imaging and diagnostics. They will assist in managing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting global sales efforts, expanding the portfolio for future international expansion including by not limited to Portascan™, and diligence on new imaging technologies or therapies to support the business unit. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development, clinical support, commercial strategy, and regulatory planning to ensure long-term success and alignment with corporate objectives. 
 
About the Role:
  • Partner with senior leadership and product management to develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for the OAB imaging portfolio. 
  • Lead global marketing execution, including sales enablement tools, product training, digital campaigns, conferences, and compliant messaging aligned with regulatory and legal standards. 
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration (Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and Sales) for OUS expansion, launch readiness, and go‑to‑market planning for new products, features, or regions. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and market research to inform positioning, strategy, and continuous product improvement. 
  • Engage with the sales team and key opinion leaders to gather customer insights, address field needs, and monitor performance metrics. 
 

 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, biomedical engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in medical devices, imaging-based technologies or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, R&D, and clinical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%) for customer meetings, conferences, and field support that may include global trips depending on business needs and criticality.
