Description

The Marketing Coordinator – Wholesale Benefits supports the execution of marketing initiatives for association health plans and wholesale insurance programs. This role coordinates producer communications, marketing campaigns, sales materials, and event support while ensuring content remains compliant, current, and aligned with carrier and partner requirements.

Core Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Communications
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and producer channels
    • Maintain and update sales collateral, broker materials, presentations, FAQs, and enrollment resources
    • Ensure materials remain current with carrier, product, and compliance updates
    • Support producer and partner communications including announcements, promotions, and training materials
    • Track campaign engagement, participation metrics, and marketing activity reporting
  • Producer & Event Support
    • Coordinate webinars, producer training, regional meetings, and sponsored events
    • Manage invitations, registrations, attendee tracking, and follow-up communications
    • Support content calendars, promotional campaigns, and branded marketing materials
    • Assist with producer onboarding and distribution of sales enablement resources
  • Operations & Project Coordination
    • Support rollout of new products, programs, and market initiatives
    • Track marketing projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
    • Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and resource libraries
    • Compile campaign reporting and assist with process improvement initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Support

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing, communications, or coordinator experience
  • Preferred in insurance, employee benefits, and healthcare
  • Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/email platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000.00 - $100, 000.00 USD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.

This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified
